Do you need some help? Some rules for a happier life? If yes then you are where you should be! Today I want to make a list of rules you need to follow in order to live a happier life.
- The first rule is to eliminate stress. Do you live in a big city and you have so much to do that you forget to be happy? Eliminate this. Sell the apartment and move to a small house in the country zone. The peace will help you a lot.
- #2 Rule is to do what makes you happy. Do you love to draw/sing/dance/write but don't have time to? If you love something you make time for it.
- #3 rule is to love what you do and do what you love. You've always wanted to be an artist, but ended a doctor? Quit that! It's always time for correcting a mistake!
- #4 rule is to make time for family, friends and animals. If you had a bad/ hard day, your dog/cat/hamster is the best idea to relax with!
- #5 rule consist in meditation. 30 Minutes a day of pure meditation can make your life better so you get happier!
- #6 rule is about travelling. I am very happy when I travel, because I learn new things and forget about the bad things that are waiting for me home. What about you?
- #7 rule: stay more outside, even if is a park or the flower garden of your grandma. Fresh air, colorful flowers and less stress.
- #8 rule is about positive thoughts that can totally change your day. Start in the morning with bright, positive thoughts.
- #9 rule is about smiling. Even if you aren't in the mood, faking a smile can make you truly smile. It sounds crazy, right?
- #10 rule: break the rules, be happy and do what you love! Live your life like your heart desires to!
